The State Lottery Bonus Game
If three (3) state lottery icons land in consecutive fashion on one of the activated paylines, it triggers the State Lottery bonus game.

If other flags appear on the payline the original flags landed on, then your bonus prize money is increased. The top multiplier on the flag bonus game is 100x.
Uncle Sam Slots Review
The Uncle Sam depicted on this slot machine looks slightly crazy. Sure, he's recognizable as the patriotic figure from the U.S. army's old recruiting and war bond posters, but he seems wired up, perhaps even neurotic.
"Did you know that Uncle Sam has a wild side?" That's the promotional material for Uncle Sam slots. This version of Uncle Sam certainly has a sense of fun. I'll give him that.
I've never exactly thought of Uncle Sam as the "crazy uncle" type, though I doubt that's what IGT was going for here. Everything else about this game cries out wall-to-wall patriotism, so perhaps I've read too much into the depiction of Uncle Sam. He's just a bit too wide-eyed for my tastes, that's all.
