PDS Gaming
Financier and Slot Machine Route Operator
PDS Gaming Corporation has a wide-ranging portfolio in the gaming industry. It is probably best known for financing other gaming institutions. In this capacity, it has made over 1 billion dollars in financial transactions since its inception in 1988.
PDS is a publicly traded company, appearing as PDSG on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Its mission statement is to provide "leasing solutions" and "customized finance" to its clients. This may not mean much to the gamblers, but basically they own their own slot routes while also loaning capital to other gaming institutions.
PDS Gaming Corporation's average annual revenue is between 50 and 100 million dollars. It has just under 100 employees nationwide.
History
PDS started under the name PDS Financing, but has expanded to own its own equipment and properties throughout America. One subdivision is the PDS Casinos Reno, Inc., which owns several casinos in the area.
The Gaming Corporation is a nationwide operations, with licenses in most of the Native American juridictions. P.D.S. also owns licenses with the most important state gaming commissions. It has machines in the American Midwest, as well as large investments throughout the state of Nevada.
Slots Route Management
Because of their many interests and large bankroll, PDS Gaming Corporation owns machines from all of the major slot machine producers in America. This means PDS can place just about any machine you want in one of your venues.
PDS Gaming offers several partnership options. You can buy or sell machines, lease property for PDS to place their own machines, or take part in a "operations" partnership, usually called a participation contract. PDS provides not only slot machines, but other gaming equipment, such as keno and video poker.
PDS also refurbishes machines, meaning you can purchase pre-owned machines, if you are looking for a cheap buy-in to the slot machine bonanza. Flexibility is a major advantage of PDS, though they also offer highly competitive prices. That's the advantage of being a larger gaming corporation, being able to meet many needs and often at a bulk rate price.
Also, if you are looking at startup capital or consultation, PDS has the expertise and pocketbooks to help you get in the industry.
Website
I don't particularly like the PDS Gaming Corporation website. Though the site looks sleak and clean, their information is a mixture of technical mumbo jumbo and sales talk. I guess that's the price of dealing with a bigger provider. If you have further inquiries of the PDS corporation, here is their contact information.
Office Contacts
The current President and C.E.O. of PDS Gaming Corporation is Peter D. Cleary. You can contact their offices at 702-736-0700.
