October of 1998. It is a slot route operator, which handles
gambling equipment and the supplies needed to operate them, as
well repair and the training of other technicques for operating
such machines. Green Valley offers your selection of a variety of machines, including IGT, Sigma Gaming, William's Gaming, Bally, JCM and the old Mikohn gaming machines. This company can support from two to two hundred machines in your venue. ParticipationThis is a limited partnership between Green Valley Gaming and a slot machine owner. The owner takes care of taxes and other fees, as well as regular upkeep on the machine. Otherwise, Green Valley handles the logistics and transactions of operating a slot machine. The machine owner and Green Valley split the profits from such a machine. Space LeaseIf you are a small venue owner who does not want the trouble of purchasing slot machines and the necessary licenses needed to operate them, you can rent space to Green Valley Gaming, which will then place its own machines in your store. Green Valley is responsible for taxes, fees, licenses, maintenance and compliance with Nevada State Gaming laws. The venue owner receives a monthly space rental fee by Green Valley Gaming. This non-direct profit is legal and trouble free. The Service ContractIf you need simple maintenance on your machines, you can purchase the "on call" service contract. This is a basic anytime contract, with payment on a "per call" basis. 24 Hour Service ContractThis is the complete coverage for a larger fee. This contract offers full periodic maintenance and supplies, as well as refills and jackpot upkeep. Most customers tend to have this service, since you get active technical support, as opposed to the passive support of the per call contract. Tailor Made Service ContractGreen Valley also offers to negotiate tailor made per customer contracts. These usually cost more than the basic service contract, but there are no "hard and fast" rules. Internet Service RepairGreen Valley Gaming also offers the I.R.S., which in this case stands for Internet Service Repair. This is separate from the gaming equipment.
