To cut down on running through your bankroll too fast there are a couple of things that you can try. You can start spinning at a moderate pace and count the number of spins per minute that you are making. Then keep counting your number of spins per minute to avoid speeding up.
If that seems too boring or taxing then make yourself take breaks every so often. Maybe a ten or fifteen minute break for every hour of play. That way if you find that you are spinning faster than when you began playing, you can account for that by taking a break.
